For example, sleek and modern aluminium furniture would be more suited to a minimalist, contemporary home but chocolate wicker or teak furniture would be better for a more traditional home. Add bold, simple planters to add softness to the ‘hard edges’. But DON’T use a mish-mash of small, unmatched pots – this equals clutter, and will not appeal to your buyers! Especially if the plants are half-dead or small and withered.
