Bare walls, floors and ceilings are really not very engaging or exciting!
And what will your buyers notice? All the defects! The scratches on the
polished floorboards, the dirty marks on the walls and the chipped paint
on the window sills. There is nothing else to look at.

home if it is beautifully styled? (Statistically, they will stay an extra 10-15
minutes.)
