It ’ s one of the most taken for granted functions of the human body . There are so many things we need to learn about this most basic human function . Every breath you take creates a series of events in your body that can tune you in or tune you out of your own body .
With all the talk about diet and exercise to stay fit and trim , I want to show you another way . Let ’ s stay fit and trim by letting our bodies do what they do best .
