Tim is a full-time freelance outdoor writer,
photographer, radio, and television host. He began
writing about the outdoor pursuits in 1984 and made it
a full-time career in 1987. He is currently a columnist
for Outdoor News and a co-host of Outdoor News
Radio. Lesmeister is a past-president of the Association
of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers and was honored with
the Golden Glow Excellence in Craft award at their
2013 conference

Josh, a lifelong hunter and angler, has produced
award-winning outdoors content for television, print
and digital media since 1994. He has worked as a
freelance writer, staff editor, f ly fishing guide and T V
editor/co-producer, while also serving as Exec. Dir. of
AGLOW from 2010 through 2015. Lantz is currently
Hunting Communications Director for Traditions
Media. A past President of Hoosier Outdoor Writers
and Active Media Member of AGLOW since 2003,
Lantz previously served the organization as Treasurer,
Secretary, and Director. He enjoys exploring nature
with his kids, John David and Emma Claire. Chris, an AGLOW member since 2008, works for
Ducks Unlimited magazine as the Digital Media
Editor. He currently manages all digital editorial, the
Mixed Bag section, all product/gear editorial, and
writes several features each year for the magazine. He
grew up fishing and hunting in west central Indiana
and moved Memphis, Tennessee in 2008, where he
resides with his wife, two children, and a black lab.
