quartered and I noticed he was wearing a National
Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) cap. He was
director of their editorial services at the time. We
exchanged pleasantries and I asked him where I
might be able to get a cap like he was wearing –
neither of us have much hair, so caps/hats are a bit
of a necessity when we are outdoors.
Glenn didn’t hesitate. He took the cap off and
handed it to me – a very nice gesture and one for
which I thanked him. “You can’t buy these,” he
said with a smile, “but take mine. I know where I
can probably get another one.”
