The Sigma Theta Tau Undergraduate Award is given to an undergraduate student
who demonstrates academic excellence and evidence of professional leadership
as assessed by faculty in diverse practice settings.

Sarah Duffner
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Sarah Duffner graduated in January 2020,
having earned her degree at Gwynedd Mercy
University’s Bensalem campus. During her
time in the program, she served as Vice-
President of the SNAP Chapter and provided
mentorship services to her younger cohorts.
Sarah also volunteered for many Sigma
Theta Tau events.
Sarah currently works as a Registered Nurse
at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center
in Galloway, NJ. She looks forward to her
continued involvement with Sigma Theta Tau.
