Hitting the snooze button when it’s still dark outside can be very tempting but it’s important to remember that your health should be a priority 365 days a year and you won’t get that Summer body you are wanting without a little work in Winter. Here are my top tips for keeping your fitness in check this Autumn and Winter. 1 Food preparation is key. Ensure you prepare your meals for the next day the night before. This will help eliminate the need to fill up on take away or sugary treats. 2 Wake up an hour earlier to exercise. The endorphins you release while exercising will energize you for the day ahead and keep you feeling positive. 3 Join an exercise group or gym with a family member or friend. Keeping accountable to someone and having a bit of company will definitely make your fitness effort easier. 4 Eat smaller meals throughout the day. As the weather gets cooler we tend to be less active, so ensure you eat smaller meals throughout the day. Use smaller plates to keep portion sizes controlled, try to eat out less and look for healthier options when cooking. Finally, make sure you’re getting enough regular sleep. This will help you to recover from your training session and stay in optimum health! They may help brighten and smooth skin, even fine lines, improve firmness and boost cell turnover. 5 Moistu
