What is the shelf life of food
in a fridge? I never know how
long I have to eat something
before it goes bad.
After leaving the grocery store,
food can go from sold to mold very
quickly. We’ve listed a few of our
favourite foods to help you navigate
these uncharted waters.

steak (sirloin, flank or skirt)
large deveined, peeled shrimp
coriander
red onion
green onions
non-fat yogurt
sriracha sauce
limes
1. Heavily season both shrimp
and steak.
Mix equal parts of sriracha sauce
and yogurt, drizzle sauce over
nachos and squeeze with fresh
lime.
2. Cook shrimp in a pan.
3. BBQ or grill steak to desired
taste.
4. Place corn chips on a plate.
5. Top with finely chopped red
onion, green onion, coriander,
steak and shrimp.
