COMMUNITY  OPPORTUNITIES Community comes before commerce at the Chamber. Our strong commitment was demonstrated with a clothing drive with Easter Seals, the Joy of Giving toy drive with Lucas County Children Services, and the Freedom Celebration in partnership with Springfield Township, which brought communities together to celebrate freedom. Check out these great opportunities to engage with us as we grow and work to further impact our community. We also award two scholarships each year to Springfield High School students who are going into the field of business in college. EDUCATION ATTAINMENT TEAM The Education & Talent Attainment Division will improve the capacity of our organization to engage the business communities to have a measurable and sustainable impact on cradle-to-career education and workforce development outcomes. COMMUNITY IMPACT TEAM The Community Impact Team is a service and volunteer team of the Chamber and is comprised of businesses, their employees, friends & family. It was created in an effort to make a positive impact in the community. RELATIONSHIP & RETENTION TEAM The Relationship & Retention Team objective is to define the value proposition for existing members & to position our efforts for recruitment that will have an impact on our community and help businesses prosper.
