Car Roll Outs - x8-10
-Grab two durable toy cars or toys with wheels
-Assuming a ‘Cat’ position with hands and knees on the floor and back pushed up into a
hollowposition, place one car under each hand and hold on tight!
-Keeping your core in the hollow position, roll the cars out as far as you can overhead, then pull
your body back into the hollow starting position.
