write. Use this as an opportunity to dump all
the things you have been holding on to and all
the things that keep you feeling stuck.
Finally, you must assume some personal
responsibility. You must accept responsibility
for your thoughts, feelings and actions. YOU
ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN FIX YOU!
You are the only one who can change your
feelings. You are responsible to feel the best
you can possibly feel. There are things we can
control and things we cannot control. The
one thing you can control is you. Expecting
the person who broke your heart or hurt your
feelings to fix it, only keeps you stuck and
trying to control something you can’t control.
Being stuck in the past, holding on to bad
feelings prevent emotional healing. As long
as you deny the past, you’re never going to
be free from whatever is keeping your focus
there. If you are feeling stuck, talk with a
professional to help you visit the past but not
live in the past and help you safely navigate
through the emotional wounds. God wants
you to live life and live it abundantly. Start
living your life today!
