to make this happen but I know it is God’s purpose for me to make it happen, so it will be done. HimPower: What are you plans to expand the campaign internationally? Do you have any events already scheduled? If not, what types of partnerships are you seeking to make that happen? Crystal Adell: I am currently working on a campaign here in the United States with a current partnership agreement, and with the success of this effort we do plan to take it by global storm so stay tuned! HimPower: If you had it to do over again, what would you do differently in starting the fitness movement? Why? Crystal Adell: Nothing. It is not just me doing it; it is the energy that is around me that is making it happen which is something that I have no control over. HimPower: We noticed you have a very appetizing menu of healthy meals. How do you maintain your fitness meal regime while travelling? Crystal Adell: Knowing what to put in your body that is beneficial to it is all the meal planning you need. Knowledge is the key here; however, if time is of the essence, meal prepping is a good way to stay on top of your healthy eating. This way you are not inclined to grab and go or eat poorly while travelling. HimPower: You have a line of vitamins in your store. Do you have plans to develop a brand of healthy food options as well? 14  HimPower May 2015 Crystal Adell: We just added a new line to our supplement catalog for natural pain relief called LEVARE. This is an amazing non-narcotic pain relief that also combat a growing epidemic to prescription narcotics. It uses twelve natural herbal ingredients that provide general analgesic relief of pain associated with headaches, migraines, arthritis, menstrual cramps, muscle and joint aches, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and other medical conditions and symptoms. We are also considering an agreement with the same developers of this product to deliver healthy nutritional meals. HimPower: Have you considered opening BWDWO fitness centers? If yes, would they be company owned or would you franchise? Crystal Adell: We have considered this along with other ideas that are geared more towards wellness. HimPower: What do you see as your greatest obstacle or challenge to motivating Black women who do not yet workout on a regular basis? And what types of things are you doing to overcome these challenges? Crystal Adell: I believe wholeheartedly that by continuing to show the world that we are able to overcome challenges by remaining positive about the outcome will ultimately combat any perceived obstacles. If I continue to promote a new lifestyle change for improved longevity, I will evoke the idea for a different way of thinking and living.
