Meet Ashleigh: USQ Resident Advisor, Student
Ambassador, Meet-Up Leader, Residential Colleges Intern
and Bachelor of Science Student; there is no denying that
she has a knack for making the most of every opportunity
along with exceptional time management skills. When
asked, what drives her passion for study, Ashleigh says,
'Through education, my passion for the environment has
thrived. My passion for the environment started during
my childhood as a result of my Indigenous Heritage. I was
always told that we do not own the land, that land owns us
and we need to replenish the resources we use.'
There is no stopping this highly motivated and passionate
student in her endeavors to 'teach different Australian
communities the importance of preserving the environment'
in the future.
