Meet Lexi Richards – Meet-Up Leader
What is your role at USQ?
I’m a Meet Up Leader for POL1000
Government, Business and Society. Our aim
is to cater to all students studying politics
through sessions similar to tutoring. This
involves helping students understand the
critical concepts in political environments
and deciphering the key messages in
opinion pieces whilst maintaining an
analytical mindset.
What do you enjoy most about your role
as a Meet-Up Leader?
The lollies… I’m just kidding! The most
enjoyable aspect of my role is helping
students to better understand their course
material and achieve higher marks.
What do you like to do outside
Meet-Up Sessions?
I like to play netball, watch Netflix’s and I really
enjoy reading!
