A Mars a day helps you
work, rest and play!
Seeing as this is HealthyU, we’re not here to tell you that
you should be eating chocolate everyday (sorry), but rather
to point out the sweet benefits of the Mars Bar mantra!
As a uni student, it’s easy to get sucked into the black
hole of study and spend days behind a computer or with
your head in a book. Science tells us though that if you
manage to find a balance between work, rest and play,
not only will your academic performance improve, but
your mental, physical and social health will be in great
shape too.

play some sport, try a new café or catch up with friends.
