All Christmas events will be treated as provisional and will be held for no

4. Contracts will be issued for all corporate events and separate terms and
conditions apply.
5. Wines must be pre-ordered and pre-paid at least 14 days in advance of
the event date for corporate and joiner parties.
6. Under 12’s are classified as children.
7. Accommodation rates for corporate and joiner parties are subject to
availability.
8. All alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing.
9. Once final payment is made, no refunds or credit vouchers will be given.
10. If
 in the event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an
alternative date or venue will be offered.
11. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas joiner parties to
ensure appropriate numbers. We also reserve the right to move the event
to a smaller function suite should the numbers dictate.
12. We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due
to circumstances outside of our control. If adverse weather prevails, and
the hotel is accessible and able to run the event, no refunds will be made
for cancellations.
13. Any additional services must be paid for on the night. No credit
facilities will be offered without prior agreement.
14. All times shown are subject to approval by the Local Licensing
Authority.
15. All details are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to
alterations with prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT.
16. Please note that shared party tables may apply to groups of less than 10
guests on the joiner party nights, and both New Year’s Eve events. For
exact table arrangements please contact your event Co-ordinator.
