Overall, there were 12 major infraction referrals for the 7th grade and 10 major infraction referrals for the 8th grade during the month of October. The total amount of major infraction referrals during the month of October was 22. This is a dramatic decrease from last year as we had 63 referrals for the month of October last year.
Thank you, HMS Team for working so hard to accomplish the goal of decreasing the number of major incident referrals by 25% during the 2013-2014 school year. Administration and the PBIS team will continue to help assist with procedures as it relates to filling out Student Incident Report forms and Reflection Sheets forms and all thing PBIS related.
