The OHIO Board of Trustees approved our plan for a new 117,000-square-foot facility designed to enhance our academic programs . The new construction is part of Ohio University ’ s comprehensive master plan , with our medical school serving as the anchor of the university ’ s new Union Street Green . The Osteopathic Heritage Foundation is providing $ 12 million toward the $ 65 million project , which is slated for completion in 2021 .

PLANNED GROWTH AT THE DUBLIN CAMPUS
The OHIO Board of Trustees and the city of Dublin approved the university ’ s Dublin Framework Plan , which is now being incorporated within the city of Dublin ’ s West Innovation District plan . The university ’ s plan is designed to “ unify the powers of industry , government and academia and set a state and national standard for mixed-use campuses .”
