Diagnostic Procedure –
* Blood analysis shows leukocytosis and Increased ESR Urine analysis is
normal.
* The Conclusion of Fibrogastroduodenoscopy: Multiple perforated
duodenal ulcer
* The Contrast radiography of the duodenum Showed multiple ulcer and
scar deformity of the duodenal bulb.
Treatment - radical surgery - subtotal gastrectomy Billroth-2.
Differential Diagnosis - Cancer of the stomach (using X-ray and
endoscopic studies and gastro-biopsy) - Cholelithiasis (no seasonality of
exacerbations, bouts of short-term, antispasmodics relieve the pain, the
pain does not reduce after vomiting); - Chronic cholecystitis (pain occur
after eating fatty and fried foods, pain is located outward from the edge of
the right rectus abdominis muscle)
