CLINICAL OF DUODENAL Patient Tom, 37 years old. Male. Married. Admitted to the hospital on 24th October 2013 evening at around 06.00 p.m with acute severe pain in the epigastric region, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting when the pain is severe. Anamnesis Morbi – The pain in the epigastric region was started seven years ago. Sought medical care in the clinic in the community, where it was treated with Cimetidine (antihistamine) for an ulcer. Over the past 4 years he noticed that he had repeated exacerbations in spring and autumn period. But later on 24th night his epigastric pain in the epigastrium increased and was admitted to the hospital in the same day evening at around 6.00 p.m Anamnesis Vitae – He did not have any history about any chronic diseases. In childhood he had suffered from mumps. His family members had not suffered from any chronic diseases. Allergic anamneses for any drugs are negative. Non Smoker. Moderate alcohol intake as he says. Person Assessment - During person assessment at the time of hospitalisation he showed sub febrile fever of 37 C. Severe pain in the epigastric region. Palpation of stomach was painful, the surface is flat , smooth , elastic consistency. Murphy's sign was absent. Stool was not regular.
