Paraphilias are some sort of difficulties with controlling impulses which are
characterized by repetitive and intense sexual arousal to atypical objects,
situations, or individuals. Most paraphilias are rare. They are more common in
males than in females (20 : 1).
There are some behaviors which are considered as Paraphilias. They are
exhibitionism ("flashing"), fetishism, frotteurism, pedophilia, sexual
masochism, sexual sadism, transvestitism and voyeurism ("peeping tom")
Exhibitionism is an action which involves exposing one's sexual organs to a
stranger, "abnormal attraction" and a mania of unusual sexual practices. The
exhibitionist fantasizes about masturbating. The individual might fantasize
that the observer will become sexually aroused. The exhibitionist is most
often a male, and the victim is usually a female (adult or child). This unusual
