20 Stress Relieving tips 1. Make yourself to accept the stress – This is the worst Stress. So when you makes this happen remaining steps will easily relieve your stress. 2. Try to avoid people or things or activities which causes stress – you can do this easily. 3. Change the perspective of problems---Be positive so the negative runs out from you easily. 4. Be Organized- Being this state is always challenging but when you achieve it, nothing to worry. 5. Have guts to say “No”. 6. Change your messy room into at least bit clean room. 7. Listen to some soft or light music – it depends on you what kind of music you like 8. Use lavender room spray or of orange flavor –Scientific research says these smells reduces stress and anxiety 9. Change your environment – try changing the place you hangout everyday 10. Take a long hot water bath – take your own time, do not force yourself to come out from shower. 11. Have a hobby for yourself – when you are stressed stick yourself to your favorite time pass – hobby, if you don’t have one try to find one 12. Put your head outside in the sunlight. Sunlight is the great medicine for stress or depression. 13. Laugh a bit :D 14. Drink a hot tea especially Hot green tea. 15. If possible get a massage. 16. Eat Healthy foods (Asparagus, Beef, Milk, Cottage cheese and Fruit, Almonds ,Blueberries,tuna,cornflakes. 17. Do daily exercise 18. Have atleast 7-8 hours of night sleep. 19.
