Bell Varsity swimmer Kylie Peterson (right) congratulate each other following the 200 yard freestyle Sept. 16 during the first swim meet of the season at Tarrant County College.  Better Together perfectly describes our counseling team at Harwood. Shannon Hathaway and Stacy Force demonstrate phenomenal teamwork every day through their commitment to the kids, their compassion, and their mission to go above and beyond to help students succeed and believe in themselves no matter the obstacles in their way. The dedicated team at KEYS High School works together to ensure success for each and every student no matter what it takes. KEYS offers the opportunity for dropout and “at- risk” students to complete required coursework needed for high school graduation. Individualized instruction, and a quality, caring staff are the keynotes to this approach. Our awesome community stepped up to the plate once again this year to support 6 Stone’s food drive to assist local hungry families. The results of the three week competition are in! Congratulations to Donna Park Elementary, Bedford Junior High, and L.D. Bell High School for donating the most food items at their level. The grand total collected from all schools this year is 69,434 items! 13
