The newly launched Chelsea Design Quarter Design Districts can be a great place to start your (CDQ) brings together some of London’s most festival journey as each area hosts a wealth of vibrant showrooms and established creative varied activities often within the distance of a few communities all within a casual stroll along the King’s Road, Lots Road and Imperial Wharf. streets.
Brompton Design District
There will be over 40 individual showrooms ranging from well-known names such as The Rug Company and Roca London Gallery to smaller design specialists like Nya Nordiska Textiles. During the London Design Festival, Chelsea Design Quarter will host a schedule of showroom talks, creative workshops and exhibitions.

For 2013, Brompton Design District expands its role as a platform for new design and exploration into how design can bring value, meaning and pleasure to our lives. Highlights from the independent retailers include an exhibition at Mint, where the much followed tastemaker Lina Kanafani will curate an eclectic selection of works by designers who embrace new concepts and methods. Skandium with Studio Skandium will present three design studios: Stig Lindberg, Cate & Nelson and Emma Lonsdale.
