The Pig in the Wall’s twelve shabby chic rooms sit within Southampton’s medieval walls and make the perfect spot from which to explore the city of Southampton, Hampshire’s rolling hills and sweeping coastline or the Isle of Wight. The little piglet to Brokenhurst’s The Pig, located in the nearby New Forest, the quirky boutique hotel has the same stylish atmosphere and all of its rooms boast its trademark luxurious yet homespun charm. Each room is decked out with monsoon showers, rustic furniture and retro radios, as well as a little ‘larder’ stuffed full of snacks and drinks and a coffee machine to ensure you’re never short of your caffeine fix. The hotel boasts a deli counter where you can have your fill of cheese and piggy bits, too, but you can also jump in a hotel Land Rover and hitch a lift over to The Pig if you’re in need of a more indulgent dinner.
