Synergy | Makes 16 pikelets
¼ cup cashew meal
To make cashew meal, simply place cashews in
a high powder blender (we use a vitamix) and
blend until it forms a flour-like consistency (this
doesn’t take long).
¼ cup buckwheat flour (finely blended
buckwheat)
½ teaspoon baking powder
pinch vanilla bean powder
dash of cinnamon
½ cup cashew milk
½ large ripe banana
1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon raw honey
2 organic free range eggs (separated)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (to cook)
white sesame seeds (optional)
CHOC-TAHINI DIPPING SAUCE
1 Combine cacao powder and coconut flower nectar with a dash of boiling
water, adding water until desired consistency. Then, mix in tahini.
