TEN GLU goodness eats E FRE E N LI GY KA ER AL EN SUPER FO OD EVERYDAY SPINACH SALAD By Laurenda Marie 2 cups organic baby spinach 5 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved 1 green onion, chopped ¼ red pepper, sliced 1 radish, sliced ¼ cup chopped cucumber ¼ avocado, sliced 1 hard boiled egg, quartered ¼ cup feta cheese 1 teaspoon raw sunflower seeds, toasted 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar (G Team suggests apple cider vinegar) salt & pepper to taste 1    Toss the veggies, cheese, egg, and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl. 2    Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
