We logged in another summer of fun, sun, and oh-so-many new and exciting adventures. I can't quite believe how quickly the time passed while we were enjoying the hot summer months in South Florida and wherever our summer vacations took us across the globe. I hope you've had as much fun as we've had along the way. As a recap, because let's face it, our days are so chockfull of new and exciting things, it can be difficult to keep up. This summer we focused an entire issue on the men in our lives. We touched on health topics from top to bottom, gave the guys some much-needed health advice, and advised them on things they need to watch out for as they age. Then, we had in-depth conversations about our own health, changing eating habits, and of course, something for the kids. We discussed summer camps and how great they are for teaching kids much-needed life lessons. This last month of summer, we're presenting a culmination of all of these lessons and tips on what makes you feel good from the inside out. This month, we'll be focusing on the back-to-school season and how to make this time as exciting yet as calm as possible, as it may be hard to send your kids back to school and see them distressed as they feel their summers slip away. This season needs to be one of organization and wellness to make sure we savor what's left of the summer and keep it full of joy and excitement in order to transfer those positive energies into the new school year. As always, we will do everything we can to bring you the most up-to-date health information, new ideas, new schools of thinking, and the best new exercises and beauty must-haves of the season. As we've done every month, we'll enjoy some healthy eats, give you pointers in your healthy kitchen, and gain insight from some of the most well-versed, knowledgeable medical professionals in the country. I can't wait for you to see what we have in store for you this month. We're thrilled to be with you as the hot summer months come to a close and we all begin to think about what the new season will bring. For now, let's make August the best month yet and take time to enjoy the sun, have some fun in the pool, and savor delicious meals with family and friends gathered around. Here's to a wonderful month, filled with thrilling adventures, warm summer breezes, and great evenings with family, friends, and another issue of Healthy Magazine by your side!
