Together we have tackled everything from aches and pains to skincare, diet, and fitness problems. We’ve tried new and exciting things to make our skin glow, our muscles long and lean, our nails stronger, and our hair fuller and more vibrant. We’ve made great strides in all aspects of our lives these past 12 months. This month, the great month of December, is no different and I couldn’t be more excited to share all that we have for you. We searched high and low for the 411 on next year’s next big health, diet, and fitness trends. We’re confident you’ll find something to rev up your routine or set you well on your way to your healthiest year yet. From top to bottom, we have you covered! Sugar-free is the buzzword of the decade; if you’re anything like me, you might not be keen to all the damage sugar can do to your body. This month, we’ve taken the guesswork out of your sugar consumption and broken down the good, the bad, and the never-eat-that again. But don’t fret, we found some healthier and, more importantly, yummy alternatives that will still satisfy your sweet tooth. On the topic of health and fitness, we’ve gone a step further (no pun intended) and looked at the signs and symptoms of working out too much. As you know, we’re always looking for the big picture things, and in researching information for this article, our eyes opened up to some of the perils of taking things too far. Here’s hoping that your final month of 2018 is full of love, joy, and good health. Let’s say goodbye to the year that was and make a giant leap forward to next year, happier and healthier than ever!
