Body Sculpting
Course Description:
This course will help students gain knowledge of ways to improve their
total body fitness level. Students will actively participate in a total
fitness program while working toward an optimal level of fitness.
Students will engage in a circuit workout program using new state-ofthe-art equipment. All components of health-related physical fitness will
be included. The class will focus on strength training, cardiorespiratory
endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students will be able to
chart their progress throughout the semester and see the results of the
class. Students will also learn how to make healthy choices regarding
diet and exercise.
