Secondly keeping you hair and skin clean is a good way to have a healthy hair and skin. You have to clean your face twice a day and keep it fresh with wipes, also you should know what type of hair you have because wash your hair depending on its type, so be carreful not to over clean or you can dry your hair and skin. And the last one is maintain your face and hair clean keeping your hands and pillow clean.
