I am Glory Adeola from Nigeria. I was born to a polygamous Muslim family in 1974. I grew up as a devoted Muslim until 1991 when I had encounter with Jesus through a night vision of revelation of rapture, seven plagues and second coming of Jesus. I was dazed and confused when I woke up because it was so real and that this revelation made null everything I was taught about Jesus in the mosque. In those days I was a follower of Hammed Deedat, a Muslim scholar in South Africa who wrote many books to negate Christianity and Jesus as the Son of God.
Moreover when I woke up on Friday morning I was afraid of horrible things I saw in the vision of the night. I did not want to be partaker. As a devout Muslim, it was not easy for me to make up my mind considering my family background and people around. But God in His mercy helped me by His grace. All I could remember to this day was that that on Sunday I dressed up, followed a Christian brother to his church and I only became conscious of myself after sinner’s prayer. I felt good and light for the first time in my life. All fears disappeared and I was flooded with joy in my soul. I became a new creation and all desires for sin vanished quickly from my soul.
What a great day in my life. That experience has been my life and my strength in trials, temptations and persecution. My father asked me to deny Him but I told him: “ I have seen the Lord I cannot deny Him. No man can take His face, His outstretched hand and smile from me”. It was just like yesterday to me.
Furthermore, it was in this night vision He called me to His work. I can still see His face, His smile and His outstretched hands to me and the angels that surrounded Him in the sky. I gave my life to Christ and since then I have been following Him with all my heart amidst persecutions, trials and temptations that came my way as a convert from Islam to Christianity.
I am glad that I am working in His vineyard and fulfilling His plan for my life.
I know that Jesus is real, rapture is real, judgment day is real and second coming of Jesus is real because I saw all these that night. I will never forget the declaration of the seven angels that appeared to punish the whole world. They said because you had rejected Jesus Christ as your Saviour, behold, God’s judgment upon you.
This is the major reason that I am in ministry. I mean to help as many people as possible to escape what I have seen and to raise men and women in thousands and millions to do the same with passion. Please, if you don't have Jesus in your heart today, do it today for tomorrow may be too late. Who knows this may be your last chance to escape hell fire.
Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I recognize myself today as a sinner that needs your mercy, I now ask that you forgive me all my sins and wash me clean in the blood of the Lamb of God. I take you at your word. I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that you raised Him from the dead. Thank you for coming into my heart, for giving me your Holy Spirit as you have promised, and for being my Lord. Amen
