humanity either trivializes or mocks death or dreads it, yet still there is a large majority who is oblivious to death as they are so immersed in the life they are living. In his views all the three scenarios are dangerous as being aware about death is the only way to be free of the fear, anxiety and trauma that may stare in our face when we actually face death. Most traditions talk about afterlife and that how death is not the ‘END’ of life, rather is the ‘Start’ of life. Its probably the reason that nearly everyone who has experienced an NDE or a Near Death Experience has no mo re the fear of death or dying, rather they see death as the ‘Gateway’ to the joyous, blissful and ‘Free’ state that follows death. They see death as liberation from the limitations of the physical body. For them its freedom from the boundaries of our restricted senses to a state of limitlessness and healing. Every Master and every tradition guides us to explore and expand our consciousness to that horizon where we can understand our true nature beyond the limits of our physical body. The core of this guidance seeks to make every soul prepared to meet death without fear or anxiety. Death for sure is the sudden switchover from one way of living to another, or for example like being uprooted from your family, home, loved ones and nation to go and settle in an unknown place of which you know nothing. Fear and anxiety of the uncertainty and the grief of loss of all that you loved and identified with is natural, and guess somewhat similar is the fear, anxiety and grief that surrounds the notion of death. But, what if you knew that in that alien land you will meet long lost friends and relatives, what if you knew that going there you will get rid of all the physical ailments that are ailing
