for the Head Of The Charles® Regatta
(HOCR), the largest two-day rowing
event in the world.
For the fifth consecutive year,
BNY Mellon is the Presenting Sponsor
of the Head Of The Charles® Regatta
and is delighted to continue its
support for this iconic New England
event in its 53rd year.
Since its inaugural event, the
HOCR has grown exponentially and
today welcomes the world’s leading
crews to the banks of the Charles River
for two days of competitive rowing
on the same three-mile course that
was first raced in 1965. The regatta
now attracts over 11,000 athletes
and 350,000 spectators from our
home city of Boston and around the
world. Our athletes range in age and
experience, from high school to senior
veterans who are still actively rowing
