court or probation costs, and other sources.

phrase heard during
the Veterans Outreach Court. Two
years ago, several agencies and
offices — the Hillsborough County
Clerk of Court and Comptroller,
the Hillsborough County State
Attorney’s Office, the Hillsborough
County Public Defender’s Office,

Thirteenth Judicial Circuit —
gathered to organize a Stand
