the Collaborative Law Section hosted a CLe
luncheon entitled “Collaborative Law: if it’s So
great, why isn’t everyone doing it?” on april 25
at the Chester H. Ferguson Law Center. the speakers,
dale appell with dale appell, p.a. and ellie probasco
with probasco Law, p.a., discussed the importance
of the collaborative process, how to market your
practice, and how the Florida rules of professional
res ponsibility relate to advertising.

Law Center on may 3. the panel of judges who
