andrew warren, the state attorney for the thirteenth Circuit, spoke to the
Criminal Law section on november 6 at their quarterly luncheon/CLe. Mr. warren
provided an update to the group on criminal justice reforms he has enacted since
being elected hillsborough County’s state attorney.
