Congratulations Class of 2013!!!!
Congratulations to all of our Senior Class of 2013! We are very
proud of them and had a flurry of activities to honor our
graduates.
Locker strips were a fun way to honor the seniors. Parents
prepared memory book-type strips to decorate senior lockers.
There were lots of baby and school pictures, college plans, and
congratulatory messages posted.

On May 18 there was a Senior Breakfast at Chateau Elan in Braselton. It was a
semi-formal event for seniors only. During this event, seniors received letter written
to them by fellow students, teachers, parents and friends congratulating them on all
their hard work.
To cap off everything, Seniors graduated on Thursday, May 23 at 8:00 p.m. Mr.
Lane and Dr. Markham both gave speeches and handed the students their diplomas,
which was very special for our seniors. The Salutatorian
and Valedictorian students also gave speeches.

Leaders
During Senior Week, seniors had fun dressing up each day in outfits such as
Hawaiian and Disney Characters as well as reverting to years gone by when they
dressed up as Kindergarten students! The week culminated with Senior Walk and
Carnival. On May 3rd, Seniors dressed up in their caps and gowns for a Senior
Walk through the school. The rest of the students and teachers lined the hallways to
clap and congratulate our seniors. Then they went down to the stadium for the
Carnival. Even though it was a rainy day, they had a blast dancing and having a
good time.
