Tigo provides
monitoring and
optimisation at the
panel level of the system. Tigo is
integrated into our TrinaSmart and
Opal Solar panels. Tigo Energy’s monitoring
software manages utility, commercial, and
residential PV arrays, giving system owners
unprecedented visibility into panel performance.
System analytics track production, send alerts and
pro-actively suggest maintenance actions to keep
systems operating at maximum efficiency and
uptime. For increased safety, the monitoring portal
can remotely power-off each panel individually,
eliminating high voltage for maintenance or
safety purposes.

SMA provides monitoring solutions at the
inverter level of the Solar Energy System.
The monitoring systems can be hardwired by
our electricians at the time of installation or
accessed wirelessly via Bluetooth. With your solar
system you will be provided personal access to
SMA Sunny Portal, an internet based program which
will allow you to access your systems data. Harvey
Norman Commercial Solar will also have access to
record data from your system and alerts should
an issue arise to ensure a quick resolution. An
additional SMA product that can be included in
your package is the SMA Sunny Home Manager.
