high profile chefs and experts
in their field. Subjects covered
include everything from cooking
the perfect steak to curries of the
world, seasonal dinner parties
to food and wine matching, not
forgetting James Martin’s Perfect
Puddings, the Seafood Chef and A
Taste of Italy, to name but a few.
