Grapefruit Bellini Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves 2
1 1⁄4 cups freshly
squeezed pink grapefruit
juice (approximately 3
grapefruits), divided
¾ cup Prosecco, divided
Fresh mint leaves, to
garnish
Directions
Divide the grapefruit juice
evenly between the two Slush
and Shake Makers; stir until
thick. Add 6 tablespoons
Prosecco to each Slush and Shake
Maker. Stir to combine. The
mixture will thin out; continue
to stir until thick. Garnish with
mint, if using.
Mango
Lassi Slush
Ingredients
Serves 2
250ml plain Greek
yoghurt
2 large, ripe mango
2 tbs milk
10 ice cubes
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Squeeze of lime
(optional)
Directions
Put chopped mango flesh in a
blender. Add the ice and blend
until smooth. Then spoon in
yoghurt and blend again. Thin
with milk and add sugar and
lime until you’re happy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
