elcome to issue eight of
Kitchen Magazine, and
what a busy few months
it has been since the last
edition. We have just
launched our brand new
website (find out more about this on page
12) and we are well into the first phase of
our planned shop expansion.
It was certainly one of the most glorious
and hottest summers we have had in
recent years (I’m just about old enough to
remember the summer of ‘76). But now
that the nights are drawing in and the
temperatures are dropping, our thoughts
turn towards preparing for the festive
period. We have some tasty alternatives to
the traditional Christmas dinner and ideas
for Christmas baking. Our super 16 page
pull-out gift guide will provide you with
plenty of inspiration for food and drink
lovers. And with free UK mainland delivery
on orders over £50 you can avoid the
crowds and order from the comfort of your
own home.
Meet some of our new team members
on page 4. These lovely people are here to
help when you contact us or visit our store.
Discover some of their festive likes and
look out for their top tips throughout the
magazine.
I hope you have an enjoyable and fun-
filled festive period and wish you all a happy
Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
