3rd Annual “Run with the
Heroes RGV” Run/Walk
The event started and ended in
the beautiful Harlingen Downtown
District (W. Jackson Avenue & “A”
Street). Proceeds received from
the event went to four great organi-
zations; Susan G. Komen (Breast
Cancer Awareness), American Red
Cross (Hurricane Harvey Victims),
the Humane Society of Harlingen and
Texas Special Olympics. This year’s
event was a phenomenal success
thanks to all of the Law Enforcement,
Fire Fighters, EMS personnel, vol-
unteers, local businesses, sponsors
and the overwhelming turnout from
the Rio Grande Valley communities.
