MOVIES
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays | Auditorium | Free
Friends of Boca Grande offers free movies at the community center auditorium on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. From May 1st
to October 31st, movies are shown at 5:00pm. From November 1st to April 30th, movies are shown at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. The 5:00pm
showing on Mondays during this season will be “Keisling’s Klassic Movies.” Yes, think Bergman, Bogart, and Brando! From black and white to
old western, you can’t go wrong with these iconic films. Enjoy our Cinema Quality HD Video and 5.1 Surround Sound. Movies are generally
new releases selected based on average critic ratings by an anonymous committee. During season, some movies may get bumped so that
evening programs can be offered, so watch the monthly schedules closely. You can find movie listings outside of the Friends’ office or at the
post office.
