Click on Customer Satisfaction and then click Account Health.
You can also see a quick snapshot of your account health from the Seller Central Dashboard. This quick snapshot shows how many buyer messages you have, A-Z Claims, Chargeback Claims, Customer Feedback, and your current Account Health. You may also just click on your account health rating on this panel to access your Account Health report.
How to Access Your Account Health
You will find your account health, but clicking on Performance up at the top of your Seller Central Dashboard!
