The market The market Starting with the illegal market 2017 Even before the repeal of PASPA, on 14 May, 2018, there was a huge illegal market in the US. H2 does not track illegal markets as standard but its deep dive research in 2017 found that nearly $200bn left the country in sports bets pre-PASPA.
