Ready to submit your paper? Before you do, make sure to proofread. Three suggestions: a) walk AWAY from your paper for a little while; give yourself a break. b) Then, read your paper OUT LOUD --you'll catch revision mistakes that way. c) Next, give it to a trusted friend or adult to read it over for you. d) Finally, here are a few things you can do to make sure your paper is written in a formal tone.
