One of the most prolific, innovative names in drum & bass and beyond debuts on his
label.

Contrast has a new album coming.
“One of the most respected producers in the game,
High Contrast has a new album coming this year.
The Welsh superstar has remained a consistent force
in the liquid drum & bass scene with a staggering
5 studio albums, 4 huge compilation albums, and a
tonne of high profile remixes under his belt.
This year High Contrast will be dropping his 6th
album on 3 beat. He’s already premiered his first
track from the project, ‘Remind Me’ which has
already gathering a lot of support. As expected
it’s proper hands in the air, feel good liquid music.
He’s stayed true to his form and sorted an amazing
crossover record that’ll do just as well in the clubs as
it will day time radio.
Now all we can do is wait for the album, but if it
sounds as good as this then we’re all in for a treat!

festival this September”
Alix Perez is a true heavyweight in dark,
experimental music. His sound has
constantly evolved and bent the rules.
After a string of big release both as a
solo and collab, the Belgian producer
has opened a new label, 1985 with
a debut from himself. The Elephant
Dreams EP sees him going back to his
drum & bass routes with jaw dropping
results. Hefty, clear cut and dark, it’s
serious liquid bass for those blacked out
basements. Big sounds, and this is only
the beginning.
