We are Fortunate to Host the BEST GUESTS! In an on-going effort to provide the best services possible at the most reasonable rates we offer the following rules for Vacation Rental Authority vacation homes.
Rules of use for Vacation Rental Authority private vacation rentals
1.Please conserve energy by limiting heating and cooling to 68-72 degrees. Set thermostat to reasonable temperatures when you are away from the rental home. Please turn heat to 68 when departing and cooling to 74.
2.Fires are allowed in fireplaces only. No large bonfires please.
3.If hot tubs are available, keep them covered when not in use. See rules of use in this manual.
4.Do not use fireplaces as a primary heat source, or allow fireplaces to remain on when you are not enjoying the fire. Please turn them off when you leave the home or are not enjoying them.
5.Bunk beds have a maximum weight limit of 150 lbs.
6.Lock all doors when you are away.
7.Place all trash in approved bins and use the garbage bags provided.
8.Do not exceed your agreed upon occupancy.
9.No excessive consumption of alcohol or alcohol fueled parties will be allowed.
10.If police are summoned to the property due to dangerous or illegal behavior tenants are subject to immediate eviction and potential fees.
11.NO SMOKING IN ANY VACATION RENTAL AUTHORITY PROPERTY
12.NO FIREWORKS
13.NO ILLEGAL DRUGS (marijuana is illegal in Idaho)
14.No pets unless you have written approval from Vacation Rental Authority. Fees will apply.
15.Towels and linens are supplied, but if you run low, washers and dryers are available for your use. You may launder your sheets if you require a change. Mid-stay cleaning available at your cost.
16.Use ventilation fans in bathrooms, saunas ECT and clean up excess water when needed.
17.Report any damage or maintenance issues to Vacation Rental Authority.
18.Maintain a clean living environment to avoid staining floors and furniture.
19.Park vehicles only in approved parking areas.
20.Do not interfere with neighbor’s quiet enjoyment of their homes.
21.Provide adequate supervision for children.
22.No loud outside noises or music anytime.
