Boli & Fish
Boli and fish is THE quintessential Nigerian
snack. This rustic newspaper-wrapped
preparation of roasted plantain, peppered sauce
and grilled fish is a high-potassium and protein
must-try in Nigeria. While Bole can be paired
with either groundnuts (locally known as epa)
and sold sauceless, the grilled fish and peppered
sauce pairing makes for a more delicious and
filling snack combo.

GTBANK FOOD AND DRINK
The perfect local treat for healthy eaters.
A fast, filling and very affordable snack
particularly loved by the easterners. The
magnesium-rich eggplant is good on it’s
own but takes the flake when eaten with
some spicy peanut butter dip.
